Stories of Healing and Hope

“I enjoy having a teacher who actually enjoys what they're teaching about because it definitely makes the learning environment so much better and makes topics way more fun to learn about.”

— S.B., Whole Health for Teens Student

“I like how organized everything is and how it’s all in one platform. Super helpful and informative! Really shines a light on things that go unnoticed but are essential for your health. And also, how this specifically applies to teens and what works best for us.”

– J.E., Whole Health for Teens Student

“Learning about the importance of taking care of my body by exercising, being outside, fueling my body, and eating good, nutritional foods has motivated me to pursue a healthier lifestyle. My problem with health has always been the HOW. I know WHY I need to make healthier choices, but knowing HOW has always been frustrating. Learning about simple ways to improve has been so incredibly helpful. Simple things like getting enough sleep, touching grass, and choosing whole foods has been encouraging and motivating to me!”

– Sydney Bailey, Whole Health for Teens Student

“Finding out I had Hashimoto's Thyroiditis was terrifying. I felt lost and uncertain about what to do next. Rebecca not only eased my fears but also helped me create a clear, actionable plan for healing. Her guidance made all the difference in turning uncertainty into hope. Since working with Rebecca, my blood counts have improved significantly, and I feel healthier overall. She guided me through meaningful lifestyle changes that truly made a difference. With so much conflicting information online, it was hard to know what to trust. Rebecca shared scientific research that helped me make informed decisions about my health, giving me confidence in my healing journey. Before I started working with Rebecca, I felt completely overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin. She took the time to truly understand my symptoms, guiding me step by step through the healing process. With her support, I was able to address the root cause, not just the surface issues, and finally find real relief.”

– Julie Bland, 1:1 Client

"Rebecca at Liberty Wellness & Co. is well-versed in her field. She helps her clients to understand and take control of their own health in wellness one step at a time.”

– Laurie Lycan-Sensing, 1:1 Client

“Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and generous. She has helped me with several health issues in simple, understandable and affordable ways.”

– Louise Hogan, 1:1 Client

– H.W., Whole Health for Teens Student

“I love learning about how I can stop a spiral of stress and negative emotions.”

Meet Your Instructor: Rebecca Stuart, NTP

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner | AADP National Board Certified | Homeschool Educator

I’m Rebecca Stuart— a National Board Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and homeschool mom with over 25 years of experience in wellness education and coaching.

I created this course after years of frustration trying to find a health curriculum that was both accurate and actually useful for teens. I wanted something more than the outdated, surface-level material most schools offer—something rooted in science, shaped by truth, and full of practical tools my own kids could use for life.

Whole Health is the course I wish I had for my family. Now, I’m honored to share it with yours.

Whether your teen is curious about nutrition, navigating health challenges, or just needs the credit, my goal is simple: to help them grow in confidence, understand their body, and step into adulthood equipped to make wise, informed choices that support lifelong wellness.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this course a full credit?

Yes! Whole Health is a one-semester high school health course that meets National Health Education Standards and fulfills a full health credit. It can be used as an elective or core requirement, depending on your state or district. Many homeschool co-ops and umbrella schools already include it in their curriculum. All grading is handled by the instructor, so parents can focus on supporting their student—not keeping track of grades.

    What topics are covered?

The course covers a wide range of health topics, including body systems, digestion, sleep, stress, food labels, blood sugar, movement, holistic tools, supplement education, how to talk to a doctor, and more. Drug and substance abuse topics are included in the “Toxin Load” module. For a full breakdown, see the course modules section above.

Does the course include sex education?

No, the core course does not include sex education. However, a stand-alone module is available by special parental request at no additional cost. This optional module covers the biology of male and female anatomy, reproduction, and hormonal cycles. It is science-based only (no live class or personal views included), and for full transparency, our organization believes sex is a holy covenant designed for marriage—but this belief is not taught in the content.

    What is the Capstone Project?

Students will receive full details and a grading rubric in Module 5. They’ll choose one module that resonated with them and complete a final project from three creative options to demonstrate what they’ve learned.

    Who is this course for?

        This course is designed for:

        - Homeschool students in grades 9–12

        - Parents looking for a curriculum that’s faith-informed and science-backed

        - Teens who want to understand their body, not just memorize facts

        - Students exploring a future in nutrition, medicine, wellness, or coaching

Whether your student is curious about health or just needs the credit—this course will meet them where they are.

    What materials are required?

Students will need access to the internet through a laptop, tablet, or phone with a camera and microphone for live classes. No additional textbooks or required reading materials are needed. All core content is included in the course platform.

Are there any hands-on or practical assignments?

Yes! Some weekly assignments may ask students to explore their home food pantry or take a trip to the grocery store. Extra credit opportunities may involve cooking a food item or meal. These are optional but encouraged for applied learning.

    Are any additional resources provided?

Yes. For students who want to go deeper into certain topics, a list of optional books, podcasts, and online articles is provided in the “Resource Module.” These are not required but can enhance understanding.

What does the course schedule look like?

The course is broken down into weekly modules. Each module will unlock 7 days before its corresponding live class. Assignments (such as readings, videos, projects, and quizzes) are due before the next module’s live session. For example, Module 1 homework is due by the time of Module 2’s

        live class.

Live classes are recorded and uploaded to the “Live Class Recordings” module for students who miss class or want to rewatch.

    What is the cost?

Enrollment is $197 per student. Group discounts are available for co-ops and educators. Contact us for details.

Does this count toward BTHE’s minimum course load?

No, this course does not count toward the two-class minimum required for BTHE enrollment.
